Habits of fit people and WOI

So I checked it out!  It’s on Lauren Conrad’s blog.  In summary, here is the list:

  1. Never skip a workout
  2. Mix up your routine
  3. View workouts positively
  4. Eat real food
  5. Don’t compare
  6. Don’t wait for an occasion to get in shape
  7. Get lots of sleep
  8. Drink enough water
  9. Know when to cheat
  10. Focus on how you want to feel
